Our goal is to communicate with you in the form that is most comfortable for you. We provide quarterly reports that are not complex – we want you to understand the decisions that investment managers have made and their thinking for now and the future. We also communicate when we make changes to your portfolio and when we feel changes are warranted. We try to keep you updated when market conditions are volatile by explaining possible causes for the volatility and our planned course of action. One-on-one communication is encouraged at our firm, because our goal is to give you financial peace of mind. We capture and maintain client information so that a team approach in supporting and communicating with you makes you feel known.
