An investment advisor must file a Form ADV annually with either the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the State Securities Agency in the state where they have their principal place of business, depending on the amount of assets they manage. They must also provide the Form ADV to both prospective clients and to existing clients on an annual basis.

The purpose of the Form ADV is to describe in a narrative format, the advisor’s business practices, fees, conflicts of interest and any disciplinary actions.

Given our policy of full disclosure, we have included our latest Form ADV. We think it is a good idea to carefully read Form ADV to learn how individuals conduct business before hiring an Investment Advisor.
