The following process describes exactly what you can expect when working with Reed Financial Services:

  1. Initial Meeting
    First, we get to know you in a casual atmosphere where we seek to understand your goals and objectives.
  2. Financial Plan
    The next step is to write and present a plan that is customized to your specific needs and that answers your questions.
  3. Implementation Meeting
    At this step, you sign all the necessary documents and meet the staff assigned to your account.
  4. Implementation of Plan
    Our customer service representative outlines the actions, responsibilities, and delivery dates for fully “onboarding” you, our new client.
  5. Progress Meeting
    At this stage, we help ensure that you understand how your investments are positioned and that all investments are consistent with your overall goals and plan.
  6. Six-Month Checkup
    Once implementation is complete, we seek to understand any questions or concerns and, depending on your preference, do this by a phone call, meeting, or web update.
  7. Ongoing Communication
    We send quarterly letters, quarterly investment performance, and other periodic updates with our current and future perspective on the investment markets.
  8. Annual Update
    Each year, we consult with you individually to review your overall wealth management situation and to ensure our whole firm is exceeding your expectations.
